AR and VR development for manufacturing and industrial teams
True Echo VR builds immersive software for manufacturing and industrial service teams — from VR training simulations to AI-powered augmented reality troubleshooting. Built in Milwaukee.
Immersive software built for the factory floor
Built in Milwaukee. Built for industry.
True Echo VR designs and builds virtual and augmented reality software for manufacturers and industrial service teams. We start with your equipment, your standard work and your people, then build the simulation or the AR workflow around them — so training is repeatable, knowledge stays inside the business, and expensive mistakes happen in a headset instead of on the line.
what we build
Two ways we work with industrial teams today: custom VR training simulations your crew can run as often as it takes, and TEVR, our augmented reality troubleshooting platform. Both are built in-house and scoped to the job in front of you.

See a training module in action
A real build, captured in-headset.
The demo above walks through a robotic welding station training module — the same kind of simulation we build for onboarding, safety procedure practice and standard-work walkthroughs. Every module is built in Unity and delivered on Meta Quest headsets, scoped around the equipment your team actually runs.
Our Milwaukee VR venue is closed for now
True Echo VR began as a free-roam virtual reality arcade inside 3rd St Market Hall, and that room is where a lot of this software was first tested on real people. The venue is closed while we focus on AR and VR development, and it may reopen in the future. You can still browse the games, group events and press coverage from that chapter.
Training that sticks. Downtime that doesn’t.
let’s scope your first build
Tell us the equipment, the procedure, or the service problem you want to tackle. We’ll come back with what a first module or pilot looks like, what it takes to build, and what it would cost. No platform licence, no seats to buy.
