TEVR is our flagship product, in active development: an augmented reality troubleshooting platform that puts equipment context and AI-driven guidance directly in front of the technician, hands-free. Instead of walking back to a terminal or digging through a binder, the technician sees the machine’s live data, its manuals, and its service history anchored to the equipment in front of them — and works the problem with an AI assistant alongside.

How it works
Step 1
Scan the equipment
The technician puts on the headset and scans the QR code on the machine. That one action is the whole setup — nothing to look up, nothing to type.
Step 2
The machine loads itself
That machine’s live data, manuals, and service history appear instantly, in view and hands-free. No searching, no paperwork, no trip back to the terminal.
Step 3
Work the problem together
The AI assistant surfaces likely causes and next steps as the issue is worked, while spatially-anchored AR overlays highlight the exact components in view.
Step 4
Resolve and close the loop
A live expert joins over Microsoft Teams if the job calls for one, and the resolved case is written back to that equipment’s diagnostic history.
AI troubleshooting assistant
An AI agent trained on the equipment’s manuals and its prior diagnostic history helps the technician troubleshoot in real time, surfacing likely causes and next steps as the issue is worked rather than after the fact.
AR overlays & live expert support
Spatially-anchored overlays highlight the exact components in view, so there is no guessing which valve or connector is meant. Built-in Microsoft Teams integration puts a live expert on the call when the technician needs one.
Gets smarter over time
Every resolved case adds to that equipment’s diagnostic history, so the assistant gets faster and more accurate the longer your team uses it. The knowledge stays with the machine instead of walking out the door with a retiring technician.
Hardware, and where it’s going
TEVR runs on Meta Quest 3 today, with a tablet option in the works. The platform is software-first and hardware-agnostic by design, with a roadmap toward lightweight smart-glasses form factors as they mature — so the investment follows the software, not the headset.
Now accepting pilot partners
TEVR is in active beta. We’re partnering with a small number of manufacturers and equipment service teams to pilot the platform on real equipment and shape the roadmap alongside us. Our best partners are OEMs who manufacture, distribute, and support a complex machine.
